Are you ready to lose fat in 2 weeks? Yell YES! In your head if you're at a library of course. Here is a simple method that will make you lose up to 14 pounds! Never forget that we tend to lose weight at a slower pace as we approach our ideal weight. However, the more weight you need to lose, the fastest your initial lost will be.

Things to Do Before Day 1

  • Go to groceries to buy drinking water and supplies.
  • Don't forget you want to minimize the sugar and the salt as much as possible
  • Chose a workout exercise that sounds fun for you
  • Calculate how many calories you need to consume every day
  • Decide when you go to bed and wake up and keep to that for at least 2 weeks
  • Search for a community of supportive dieters locally and online
  • Chose if you start to lose fat in 2 weeks with a fasting
  • Rule out medical issues that prevent you from losing weight

Things to Do for 2 Weeks

  • Start the day in the morning by stretching yourself (if you enjoy doing yoga, do it!)
  • The morning is the best time to do your cardio if you have time, otherwise you can do it 45 minutes after the diner (just enough time to wash dishes and clean little bit the house;))
  • Nibble 2 times per day, but only healthy food like fruits or nuts, this will increase your metabolism speed and decrease your appetite

After only 4 or 5 days, your body will be refreshed and you can drop it. I can even suggest everybody to do it 2 or 3 times per year. Raw food fasting is beneficial for your health.
