Effective Fat Loss Secret Revealed - ...defined goals have a significantly greater chance of success than those who do not. Goals give your brain a target to aim towards and when you focus on a goal your brain starts coming up with ways even subconsciously to achieve them. The first step in goal setting is to make sure that you write down what you wish to achieve instead of just keeping it in your head. For instance if you need to lose 30 pounds to reach your ideal weight then your goal should be something like to lose 10 pounds a month for 3 months. Write this goal down with a date on it and review it daily at least once so you are focused on what you want to achieve. If for whatever reason you did not achieve your goal then do not ...

6 Tricks To Break Your Weight Loss Plateau - (Finally Lose Weight Quickly And Consistently)

Craving bad foods, feeling little energy, pain from exercises, spending a lot of money, and so much more can be the negative setbacks of trying to get in shape (especially if you are doing ineffective fad diets). However, there is one VERY common setback many people suffer from... and that would be having a weight loss plateau (losing weight consistently... and then it just STOPS)! Has this happen to you? Or, do you want to ensure it does not happen to you once you begin a diet program? Well, in this article here I'm going to share with you 6 tricks that helped me (and many others) break through a plateau:

1. Exercising variation...

Do a different body-weight circuit routine everyday or change-up your gym routines every week. Whether you do body-weight routines at home or you do workouts at the gym, it is very important that you change-up what it is you are doing frequently. This will keep your body from getting accustomed to your workouts and burning lesser calories.

2. You may be putting on muscle...

And if you are, stop doing so immediately! JUST KIDDING!

Adding on muscle is of course a good thing, and if you are putting on muscle while losing fat, you are STILL reaching your goals. This is why I also always recommend for folks to focus more on fat loss than weight loss because you MUST build muscle to burn off pounds of fat, and you'll therefore may not see the scale move the way you want it to. This is of course a good thing because you are still getting a fantastic body (muscular, toned, and a very low-fat percentage)!

3. You could be bloated...

And if you are, what I recommend for you to do (no matter what by the way) is to increase your water intake and decrease your sodium intake to help release water weight (and also improve many areas of your overall health). Another thing you may need to do is (which I also recommend you do no matter what) to detoxify your body. To detoxify, I recommend you do so naturally by getting more antioxidants in your diet (berries, green tea, vitamin c) and I also recommend you get a few servings of apple cider vinegar everyday to help cleanse your body plus help in many other areas (and I'm talking hundreds of uses!).

4. Calorie adjustment...

Make sure you are adjusting your calories as you are losing weight. This is a very simple solution to a very common problem. Many people begin a diet eating a certain amount of calories, and as they lose weight, they are still eating that same amount of calories. The problem is that the calories you were eating when you were heavier was fine for that body-weight, but now that you have lost weight, you have to also slightly decrease your calorie consumption as well.

5. Calorie rotation...

One of the most effective things I did to help me not only break a plateau, but to also cause a tremendous spike in my metabolism was I went on a diet that was based around rotating calories (changing around when you eat specific nutrients, and also changing around how many calories you are eating). Rotating your calories around will prevent your metabolism from getting used to an eating pattern. Once this happens, your metabolism is forced to stay running as high as possible. I was able to lose 10 pounds every 2 weeks on average by following a diet based on this method.

6. Avoid severe calorie reduction...

If you are on a low-calorie diet, I recommend that you stop immediately. Low-calorie diets cause the metabolism to decrease, which will keep you from losing weight and this will also cause your body to retain body fat. Also, severely reducing calories will more than likely cause you to binge and ultimately give up on your goals. Out of all the popular diets there are, this is the one I recommend you avoid the most. Bottom line, a natural diet where nutrition is WAY more important than calories is what will get you the body of your dreams.

And if you want to Melt Away Fat QUICKLY and permanently drop 9 pounds EVERY 11 DAYS, then the diet program I used and that I highly recommend is the "calorie shifting diet" from Fat Loss 4 Idiots...

I lost an amazing 52 lbs. of fat in 2 months using this popular online fat loss program... and it all has stayed off FOR GOOD! It works because it naturally raises your metabolism by having you eat REAL FOOD...
